I'm sure you've gotten a boatload of emails on thriving in 2018. You might want to throw up at this point at the mention of your word for the year, intention setting and goal making. Me too. But...
I still think amazing things happen by setting a focus and writing them down and reflecting on them. You likely do this in your job. Why wouldn't you do it with your life?

Go through each of the below categories from 2017 and give them a rating and description. 10 is the highest and 1 is the lowest. If these categories don't work for you then just relabel them. By focusing on where you're at with each one, you can better position your goals and intentions for 2018 to make steps for improvement <3
