Here's what to expect:

*Guided 15 minute Mindset Meditation by Rachel of The Beauty Boost

*Health chat by nutrition expert, Ashley Koff RD and CEO of The Better Nutrition Program. *She's also been on the Dr. Oz Show!

Nutrition is overwhelming. We take it in not JUST from food but drinks, supplements, skincare etc. Ashley will chat on how to assess our total nutrition to work for us. Sounds nice huh? 

*Expect small group interaction + meet other women + giveaways!
