Hey Book Club Gals!
We get together for a one hour laid back discussion of our monthly read. Some have read it all...some have read none haha. It doesn't matter! Just come out for some drinks, food and friends.
*The book we're chatting on: The Lemonade Life by Zack Friedman
Here's what to expect:
*ONE hour. 645-745pm
*BYOB. Bring your own drinks, wine, snacks,dinner...whatever.
*Based on the amount of people that show up, we will break out into smaller groups and have an optional 5 question list for chatting points.
Once again, this isn't strict so you can come whether you read the book. You can change up the questions.

Enjoy a 1 hour vinyasa yoga session on land and a 1 hour lightly guided paddle board session on the water with The Beauty Boost + Arch City SUP!
Feel free to paddle and relax or get adventurous and try out some yoga poses that will be demonstrated by our yogi, Miranda Morris.
Stick around after for some lite bites, prizes and meet new people! We'll be sure to snap pictures and share with you.
*No experience needed. Just bring a yoga mat or towel. You can wear normal clothes or a swim suit based on your preference.

Goal Hiking is back for year 2 with the AMAZING Kim White!
Here's what to expect:
Grab your hiking shoes as we'll meet at the trail for a one hour hike.
You'll want to bring a journal and water (or in my case, coffee)!
At the midway point, coach Kim White, will lead us through some goal coaching excercises we'll do solo and in mini groups.
Leave the morning feeling refreshed and with a clear path <3
PS High Banks is pretty huge so we are going to plan to do the 2.6 mile trail called Dripping Rock but meet at the Nature Center which the property is well marked.
What to bring: Water, comfy clothes + sneakers you can get dirty + journal and pen
