Goal Hiking is back for year 2 with the AMAZING Kim White!
Here's what to expect:
Grab your hiking shoes as we'll meet at the trail for a one hour hike.
You'll want to bring a journal and water (or in my case, coffee)!
At the midway point, coach Kim White, will lead us through some goal coaching excercises we'll do solo and in mini groups.
Leave the morning feeling refreshed and with a clear path <3
PS High Banks is pretty huge so we are going to plan to do the 2.6 mile trail called Dripping Rock but meet at the Nature Center which the property is well marked.
What to bring: Water, comfy clothes + sneakers you can get dirty + journal and pen
