Hi everyone! My name is Klaudia Bucher and I’m originally from the Cincinnati area. I just graduated from OSU. In college,I became involved in CHAARG which is a women’s health and fitness organization that empowers college-aged women and shows that fitness can and *should be* fun! CHAARG really sparked my love for all things wellness and made me realize that exercising “just to look a certain way” isn’t fulfilling at all. I now look at health as something that honors my body, relieves stress, and makes me feel STRONG. This past winter, I became a certified personal trainer because I want to help other people feel that way too! A little bit more about me: I have a huuuuge sweet tooth (donuts are my kryptonite), think animals are the best, love to laugh and make new friends, and am always down for a night out w/ the gals :)
Recommended book and brief why:
Currently reading The Handmaid’s Tale after becoming addicted to the show. It’s a dystopian novel and not a light read by any means but covers topics like power dynamics and feminism.
So please don’t judge me but...my current favorite podcast has to be the Call Her Daddy podcast. It’s absolutely hilarious, completely inappropriate, it’s anti-slut shaming, and it’s honestly made me realize that talking about sex is (and should be) NORMAL and not something that makes you “less than”. Slight warning: some of their advice is brilliant and some...you have to take with a grain of salt lol.
Best grocery or meal prep tip:
I have a huge sweet tooth that can get...out of control. I’ve found what helps when going to the grocery store is strictly sticking to what I have written in my grocery list and then getting myself a small treat for the week (a chocolate bar, a pint of ice cream, etc.).

How do you stay organized:
I’m someone who let’s things pile up until I feel completely overwhelmed. I’ve found that sitting down and writing out a list of all the things I need or want to get accomplished helps me map out my goals. Then, I try to accomplish at least one thing (big or small) off that list--it really helps me feel grounded!
Favorite quote or mantra:
Tried-and-true: “Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, then it’s not the end.”
Best time savers:
Prep your lunch for work and decide on what you’re going to wear the night before.
Favorite local hangout (restaurant, bar, recreation):
One of my favorite bars is Oddfellows--fun drinks, funky decor, Late Night Slice, and allll the dogs!
What does beauty mean to you?
Beauty means loving the things you love about yourself and accepting the things that you don’t. It means being vulnerable and striving to be authentically “you”. It means showing compassion to others but knowing when to prioritize yourself too.
