Move your body, focus your mind, and experience yoga with all your senses in this workshop open to all levels.
The 1 hour yoga practice will be infused with aromatic plant extracts, known as essential oils. You’ll also receive a practical and inspiring introduction to the uses of essential oils, including their many physical and emotional benefits for well-being. Everyone who attends will take home a complimentary essential oil and have the opportunity to make bath bombs!
