My goal for this community is to not only help women feel healthy, empowered, and beautiful but to create a space for women to make lasting friendships, and feel supported, and safe enough to show up as their true authentic self! With the help of our Heylo group - I’d love to create a space where no woman is sitting at home alone, missing out on an event around the area they wanted to attend, or restaurant/coffee shop they wanted to try out, or day at the beach just because they had no one to go with/make plans with.
TAMPA FAVORITES
As a transplant from Pittsburgh, most of my favorite things involve being outside from outdoor walks along Bayshore and the Riverwalk, exploring the local parks, grabbing a bite at Armature Works, Sparkman, or anywhere with outdoor seating, working outside on the patio at Hyde House Public Studio, and hanging out at the beach or pool. I'm a member at CAMP Tampa and regularly attend sculpt, stations, and restorative yoga classes. I also enjoy attending free outdoor workouts offered by a variety of studios. In my free time, I love to visit wellness/recovery spas and other local businesses around Tampa Bay.
MY IDEAL SUNDAY
My morning would start with a sculpt workout at CAMP, followed by brunch. The bulk of the day would be spent poolside with friends at a hotel along Water Street listed on ResortPass. We'd start to pack up around 4:30PM to make it back to CAMP in time for a 5:30 PM restorative yoga practice. On my way home I'd stop by Fresh Kitchen to pick up my catering order for weekly meal prep, then head home for a calm night of reading and journaling by candle light.
