THE BEAUTY BOOST IS A COMMUNITY FOR WOMEN TO FEEL EMPOWERED, HEALTHY AND BEAUTIFUL.
We offer events + experiences, such as weekend
retreat getaways; fitness events; empowerment workshops + socials. TBB is a lifestyle! Women can grab a year pass or start small with an event ticket al la carte.
OUR STORY
I started The Beauty Boost in Columbus in 2015 after realizing I wanted to work for myself AND seeing a need to help women feel empowered, healthy and beautiful. I worked with a life coach; got my 500hr yoga certification, and took an online course by Marie Forleo. I worked my full time job while launching TBB until year two, when I left corporate and went all in!
I strive to create a space where women with shared values can come together to motivate and inspire each other, and create an overall happier lifestyle.
Around year two, women were reaching out, asking if TBB was in their city. Fast forward to 2019, we were in 5 cities, and by 2024 we were in 30+ cities and growing!

CITY OWNERSHIP
AS A CITY OWNER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PARTNERING WITH BUSINESSES IN YOUR COMMUNITY TO BRING THE BEAUTY BOOST TO OUR AUDIENCE OF WOMEN IN YOUR MARKET!
We will teach you to coordinate our signature events in partnership with local businesses; market the events through social media and a brand ambassador team, and build your local community of TBB year pass holders.

Timeline to Launch
Complete this form so we can get a better background + understanding.
Talk with additional member(s) of Home Office for a total of 3 interviews.
Finalize the contract + purchase the business.
You’ll be assigned all of your onboarding pieces to begin.
Complete the 5 week training program and attend the 1/2 day remote Boot Camp.
You’ll begin your social media, setting up your ambassador team, partners and events!
From monthly (or more) 1 on 1 calls; monthly Team meetings, team slack, our Annual Retreat and more - stay connected, motivated and on track!
