San Antonio native, boy mama to three, fur mama to our kitties and doggie girl, home/life/world schooling family, holistic health practitioner for 20 years, author, speaker, and empowerment coach. Founder of Chrysalis Collaborative - tools, experiences, and services for greatest wellness in mind, body + spirit to thrive and live vibrantly in your highest purpose.

I've lived in Miami, Washington, DC, North Carolina, Washington state, and graduated from Southern Methodist University. I had a career with Teach For America, and have been an entrepreneur for 10 years (as an adult) and started my first businesses as a choreographer and private gymnastics coach at the age of 15.

I feel at home everywhere I go, yet I love being in the mountains or in coastal regions, skiing, water sports, and in nature - hiking, kayaking and adventuring. I love to travel, meet new people, and try new things. I love to study quantum physics and the mysteries of the universe and I am always learning, growing, and sharing what I learn along the way!

I've created events and retreats for more than 20 years. I love building community, bringing women together for connection, healing, empowering, and creating the world we choose to see!

SAN ANTONIO FAVORITES

I never tire of exploring my hometown as I always make new discoveries in the same places - I love the RiverWalk, the Missions (and their true more ancient history), the Botanical Gardens, our museums especially SAMA, the McNay and the Witte, La Cantera shopping and the resort, the parks like Brackenridge and McAllister, fave restaurants - Pharm Table, Cappy's, the Good Kind, the Cottage, Jardin, La Panaderia, Southerleigh, and you can often find us at Fiesta Texas riding all the roller coasters, seeing shows or taking classes at the Magik Theater, or at the Magic Saloon enjoying a show. And in the summer we're at the rivers, natural swimming spots, or the pool!

MY IDEAL DAY

I am grateful that I get to design my days and life in a way that works for my energy, design, and family. I love slow mornings, filled with lots of snuggles from the kiddos and the pets, sipping coffee, stepping outside and greeting the day, the sun, the plants, and hearing the birds sing before moving my body, doing some breath work and a meditation to begin the day. Then I move onto taking care of the work tasks for the day. I may have clients to see, calls to take, or projects to work on and usually all that and more.

Then a break from work for preparing a meal with the kiddos while dancing and singing in the kitchen, taking care of the household tasks, and then creating for the day - graphics, handmade jewelry, art projects or crafts with the kiddos, we create something everyday. Afternoons are for a walk or bike ride, a trip to the park, or something outdoors before heading home for the evening, making dinner together, and then games for the kiddos and more working for me (by the fire during the cozy season is my favorite place to be in the evenings).

When out and about, we're adventuring at the gardens, the parks, Legoland and other spots my kiddos love to play, exploring museums, and doing errands taking care of business accounts. I love that my kiddos love to work alongside me and have their own entrepreneurial projects and spirit about them! They help me with The Beauty Boost and Chrysalis Collaborative work and projects and we have fun, laughs, and lots of singing and dancing along the way!
