I moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2019, and what was meant to be a temporary career move quickly became home. This city completely shifted my pace of life - it’s where I learned to prioritize my health and create a lifestyle I genuinely love and feel proud of.
My husband, Brendan, and our dog, Oliver, are the loves of my life. You can usually find the three of us on walks in Oakland Park, catching the sunset at the beach (because when you live in FTL… why not?), or playing tennis (with Oliver going back and forth chasing the ball).
I deeply believe that social wellness is a driver of strong physical health. When women feel connected, supported, and seen, everything improves - mentally, emotionally, and physically. That’s why The Beauty Boost means so much to me. It creates a space for women to make like-minded friends and prioritize their wellbeing.
I am so excited to step into the role as City Owner for The Beauty Boost Fort Lauderdale in 2026! I can’t wait to keep honoring the magic of this community and building what’s next.
