Today, we are meeting Lisa McMillan of Livio Med Spa.
About Lisa
I’m Lisa McMillan, the proud Owner and Injector behind Livio Med Spa. My journey in healthcare spans over three decades—starting in Women’s Health and the Neonatal ICU before transitioning into Cosmetic Aesthetics, where I’ve spent the last 10+ years. Today, I not only treat patients but also train injectors nationwide as a National Trainer for Allergan, the creators of Botox. I’m also actively involved in several professional organizations that keep me connected to the latest in-patient care and aesthetics.
When I’m not at Livio, I’m recharging with my family. My husband keeps our household running (he’s the cook and shopper!), and our two grown kids are always off on their own adventures. Personally, I love to get outside—whether that’s paddleboarding on the water, biking through town, or hiking new trails around the globe.
Why I Started Livio
My love for aesthetics began when I personally started exploring treatments. I wanted my outward appearance to reflect the energy I felt inside—but quickly realized how confusing and intimidating the industry could be. Later, while leading injector training across multiple clinics, I saw firsthand that many patients felt the same way. That’s when the vision for Livio was born: a med spa that blends advanced treatments with genuine, individualized care.
Since opening in August 2020, our mission has been clear: to create a safe, welcoming space where patients not only achieve beautiful, natural results but also feel empowered and understood every step of the way.

This year, our focus is on continuing to redefine what beauty means. To us, beauty is about being confident, comfortable, and unapologetically yourself—not about chasing someone else’s idea of perfection.
