Hi I’m Johna! I’ve been living in Raleigh for the last 4 years after growing up in Florida. I always knew I wanted to experience life somewhere new, and I’m so glad I landed here. I came for a change, and to experience the seasons… and somehow went from being a fall girlie to fully falling in love with spring.

I’ve found such a special, tight-knit group of girlfriends here, and it’s made me realize how much I value having people in my life who just get me. That’s a huge part of why I’m so excited to grow this community with all of you!

I’m a dog mom and a quintessential girlie girl ~ I love getting dolled up, my favorite color is pink, and I’m a total skincare junkie. I love coffee shop coffees, weekly fresh flowers, pilates, yoga, and going out to dinner with my friends (preferably with an espresso martini in hand).

I’m passionate about hosting, bringing women together, and creating communities through wellness, fitness, beauty; or just a space where you can show up, be your most authentic self, and feel empowered to chase your dreams.

When I found The Beauty Boost, it was everything I had been looking for. It aligns so naturally with who I am: my love for community, a wellness lifestyle, and building something of my own with intention. RALEIGH FAVORITES

I absolutely love springtime in Raleigh when all the flowers start to bloom. The Raleigh Rose Garden, Logan's Garden Center and the local farmers market are some of my favorite spots for florals. You can also find me eating at one of our many restaurants (it's so hard to pick a favorite!), at rooftop yoga, riding bikes on the greenway, or walking my pups around Historic Oakwood. 

MY IDEAL SUNDAY

Every morning starts with a homemade latte at my house. Then a Sunday morning slow flow and brunch with the girls. Followed by a cozy evening in, snuggled up on the couch and an early bedtime.
