I’m a proud wife, mom to a 9 year old son, bonus mom to two teenage girls, two dogs, and a few backyard chickens that keep our family laughing. I’m passionate about building community and creating spaces where women feel comfortable, confident, and connected. Some of my closest friendships have come through being active, both physically and within my community and I’ve felt pulled to create a space for women to experience the same genuine and life-changing connections. When I attended a Fitness Sampler in Cincinnati, I knew The Beauty Boost was exactly what I wanted to bring home to Detroit.

DETROIT FAVORITES

What I love most about Detroit is how it shines in every season. From local parks and farmers markets to cozy winter spots and summer patios, there’s always something new to explore. I love discovering new restaurants, catching a happy hour, or hosting outdoor movie nights with family and friends.

MY IDEAL SUNDAY

My perfect Sunday starts with a long walk with my dogs, followed by a homemade family dinner and some time to recharge for the week ahead. Bonus points if there’s sunshine, laughter, good cup of coffee and a Detroit Lion’s game during the season!
