Design Your Dream Day: The Summer Edition

Let's take a beat and ask a fun (but powerful) question:

What would your dream summer day look like—if you could design it from start to finish?


Would it include sunshine and solo coffee? A group fitness class? A beach day with your girls? A slow morning with no emails and no pants?

 

Whether you're a planner, a free spirit, or somewhere in between, this blog is your permission slip to map out a day that lights you up…and then find ways to bring more of that energy into your real life…hopefully with your TBB friends!

Step 1: Visualize Your Dream Day

Grab a notebook and imagine you wake up tomorrow and get to spend the day your way. Ask yourself:

Where do I wake up? What's the vibe of the space?

What's the very first thing I do?

Who do I spend time with (if anyone)?

What does my body get to do today—rest, move, dance, hike?

What do I eat, wear, listen to, or explore?

What makes me feel most alive?

Be as detailed or dreamy as you want. It can be totally aspirational, like waking up in Italy and ending the day with wine on a cliff…or it can be cozy and local and low-key.

 

Step 2: Identify the Feelings

Now, ask yourself:
How does this day make me feel?
Peaceful? Energized? Connected? Inspired? Free?

Those feelings are your compass. They tell you what you're craving more of this season.

 

Step 3: Bridge the Gap (Make It Real-ish)

Here's the good part: Even if you can't live this exact day every day, you can bring pieces of it into your actual summer.

Let's say your dream day included:

A slow, sunny morning → Try a no-phone morning once a week.

Time outside moving your body → Add a walk, hike, or outdoor yoga class.

Laughter with girlfriends → Text 2 friends now and set a fun, no-pressure plan.

Trying something new → Sign up for a workshop or pop-up event near you ( we've got you).

 

 

Your dream day isn't just a fantasy—it's a blueprint

You don't have to wait for the perfect timing, the perfect schedule, or the perfect summer.

Start small. Start now.
