Leaving the Corporate Grind to Follow a Calling

After 16 years in corporate sales, I found myself checking the boxes of success but feeling deeply unfulfilled. I had a career, a title, a solid income—but something was missing. I wasn’t making the impact I knew I was capable of.

These days, I design my schedule around the life I want. Morning workouts, dog walks, lunch dates with my husband, time with my daughter—I don’t need to ask permission for any of it. I’ve replaced the 9-to-5 with a life that balances hustle and joy, and I’ve learned that true productivity comes from alignment, not exhaustion.
