Healthy Girl Summer

It's officially HEALTHY GIRL SUMMER.
A Healthy Girl Summer isn't about looking good — it's about feeling good.
Inner glow + outer glow = total empowerment.
This summer, we're channeling the Healthy Girl Movement, which means setting SMART goals, acting on those goals, building confidence and feeling great about ourselves!
Below are three steps to apply and try out:
1. Set a Goal/Habit: Goals and habits may be easy to set, but when it comes to following them, it's quite a task.
Think of something you want to accomplish this summer (aka now through September) — something that feels personal, doable, and exciting for YOU. Here are some examples:
🡪 Getting X amount of steps in or Move More
🡪 Eating cleaner/cooking in X amount of days per week
🡪 Making more time for your hobbies
2. Take Action: Now that you've got a goal that you want to ACHIEVE, take action on it! Don't overthink it, Just Do It!
Here are some examples of how to take action on the goals listed above:
🡪 Move more – Try a workout class 3x a week or hit 11,000 steps daily.
🡪 Eat Cleaner – Add more protein + less processed foods. Try some fun homemade recipes.
🡪 Fuel your passions – Set aside 30–60 minutes to paint, dance, journal, or whatever lights you up.
3. Build Confidence: Confidence is your superpower. Your goals won't work unless you believe in them — and in yourself!
Some pro tips:
🡪 Affirm yourself that you can do anything. You are strong. You are hard-working.
🡪 Create inner positive self-talk
🡪 Start small and swap a poor habit with a quality habit.
