Coming Home to Yourself: The Story Behind Finding GLOW 

My personal journey—as a woman, a mother, an integrative bodyworker, and a yoga and movement instructor—has led me to create Finding GLOW. This work is a reflection of everything I’ve learned about healing, connection, and the power of coming home to yourself. 

I’ve always been drawn to movement, play, and the natural world. Whether I’m exploring a trail, meeting someone new, or simply pausing for reflection, I believe that living well means embracing our full human experience. That includes curiosity, joy, and even the tender parts of growth. 

At home, I’m grounded by my two daughters (ages 18 and 19) and the love I’ve found in my new marriage—which brought two more amazing chosen-daughters into my life. Life is full, and it’s beautiful. 

So, what is Finding GLOW? 

Finding GLOW is a guided journey back to your true self. We offer thoughtfully designed online courses that blend self-discovery practices, guided meditation, movement, and journaling. Our intention is to help you clear what no longer serves you—old wounds, outdated beliefs, and the numbness of routine—and gently return to your wholeness. 

This is not about quick fixes. It’s about meaningful, embodied transformation. Our courses meet you where you are and invite you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, compassion, and truth. 

In addition to our online programs, we host retreats and in-person events that create safe, supportive spaces for connection, peace, and renewal. Whether you're seeking healing, purpose, or simply a moment to breathe, Finding GLOW offers a path that starts with you—and leads you back to yourself.
