Why hello there, gorgeous! I'm Dr Samantha Evans and I'm the owner, provider, manager, receptionist, social media coordinator and janitor at The Doctors Office in San Antonio, TX.
The Doctors Office (TDO) has been a long time dream turned reality in 2024. The mission is to provide medical aesthetics and wellness in a comfortable and approachable environment. I want everyone who sits in my papaya chair to feel warm and welcomed and to leave feeling like a refreshed and better version of themselves. I offer a soft touch, an artistic eye and a decade of experience in aesthetic injectables, lasers, and more to keep you looking and feeling fabulous.

WHY I STARTED?
After being a practicing physician for years, I knew I needed an outlet for my more creative side. I have an art background and thought, If I can make paper and clay beautiful, why not faces?! I went and received training in injectables at a national academy for aesthetics and started a small side gig of injecting neurotoxin and dermal fillers for friends and family. Friends told friends and next thing I knew, I had a full time aesthetics service in addition to my full time day job and mom job. Over the next several years and after surviving the pandemic, I worked for a chain med spa and gained experience with other modalities and services but never lost my goal to provide individualized, personalized treatments for patients. Opening my own brick and mortar shop has allowed me expand my audience and the variety of services I can offer but with the unique experience I think people deserve.
WHAT TYPE OF IMPACT DO YOU HOPE TO HAVE ON THOSE YOU MEET?
I do my best to always put good energies into the universe and love to share that positivity with everyone I meet. If you're having a bad day, I'd love to help make it better. I also enjoy keeping someone's good day going.
WHO/WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
You. We are all living very different versions of life and have different strengths and weaknesses that we carry. Watching people overcome tough times and be humble through their accomplishments is so inspiring and makes me want to try harder, work harder and be stronger.
WHAT DOES BEAUTY MEAN TO YOU?
Beauty is owning the skin you're in. None of us are created equal and it is those differences that I wish people would take the most pride in, rather than trying to look or be like someone else. Now, we may need to do things to maintain that natural beauty but the goal is always to be the best version of ourself... not someone else.

Life is a journey and all of our journeys are a little different. My role as a physician and woman is to educate you and provide you with options of how to navigate YOUR beauty but it is ultimately up to you.
