HER STORY ⟡ Danielle Shaffstall
Today, we are meeting Danielle Shaffstall of founder of Premier Health & Fitness LLP!
Hey everyone! My name is Danielle, and I’m an at-home fitness coach, mama of two, and a woman balancing two jobs while building a business I truly love. Life is full—but it’s beautiful—and I’m passionate about helping other women find that same balance.
How It All Started
My fitness journey began from a very real place: trying to juggle motherhood, work, responsibilities, and still somehow take care of myself. Between raising my two kids and working two jobs, I knew firsthand how easy it is for women to put themselves last.
I didn’t start this business because I had endless free time—I started it because I didn’t. I needed something that worked for real life. I needed movement that felt empowering instead of overwhelming. And I quickly realized so many other women felt the exact same way.
That’s when I decided to create a space specifically for women.
Why I Teach Women Only
There’s something powerful about women supporting women. I teach ladies because I understand the mental load, the emotional labor, the schedule juggling, and the pressure we carry daily.
My goal isn’t just to help women “work out.” It’s to teach them how to balance life and still enjoy it. You can be strong, present, ambitious, nurturing, and still take time for yourself. You don’t have to choose.
Fitness should add to your life—not stress you out.
What I Love About Being a Business Owner
I love that I get to create workouts and programs that meet women where they are—at home, busy, and doing their best. I love seeing confidence grow. I love watching someone realize they’re stronger than they thought.
Being a business owner while raising two kids and working two jobs isn’t always easy—but it’s worth it. My children get to see their mom show up, build something from the ground up, and pour into other women. That means everything to me.
The Impact I Hope to Have
I hope every woman I work with feels empowered—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I want them to feel capable. Balanced. Energized. Confident.
I want women to know they can prioritize themselves without guilt. That taking care of their health doesn’t mean sacrificing joy. That strength and softness can exist at the same time.
Who Inspires Me
My kids inspire me daily—they remind me why balance matters. The women I teach inspire me constantly with their resilience and commitment. And every woman who chooses to show up for herself, even on the hard days, pushes me to keep going too.
Favorite Advice
Show up. Be consistent. Give yourself grace. And never stop pushing toward the life you want.
What Beauty Means to Me
Beauty means confidence. It means self-respect. It means loving yourself enough to take care of your body and your mind. We are ALL beautiful—and we are all capable of more than we think.
Advice to My Past Self
Start now. You don’t need perfect timing. You don’t need everything figured out. Just begin.
A Note to This Community
If there’s one thing I want you to know, it’s this: You can build strength, raise babies, chase goals, work hard, and still enjoy your life. Balance isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency.
And I’m so grateful to be on this journey with so many incredible women.
