HER STORY ⟡ Jenna Annas

Today, we are meeting Jenna Annas of Happy Hope Wellness!

What sparked the creation of your business or your personal healing journey?

My healing journey.....and ultimately, the creation of Happy Hope Wellness, was sparked by the deep ache of loss and the longing for wholeness. After experiencing profound personal losses and traumas, I found myself searching for healing that was creative, compassionate, and spiritually grounded. Traditional paths only took me so far; what I truly needed was permission to feel, to express, and to transform. That’s when I began blending my background in emotional wellness, sound healing, and expressive arts to create Happy Hope Wellness—a space where grief could coexist with joy, where healing could be gentle and soulful, and where hope could be rebuilt one moment at a time. I didn’t want to just survive—I wanted to alchemize pain into purpose.

What I love about being a business owner?

I love the freedom to build something meaningful that flows from my heart. Being a business owner lets me serve others authentically, create safe spaces for healing, and infuse creativity, sound, and soulful mindset work into every offering. I get to help people rediscover hope as well as have the flexibility to focus on my family, and that’s the most beautiful part.

What type of impact do you hope to have on those you meet and/or who use your services?

I want people to walk away knowing that even when life throws challenges their way, they hold the power to elevate their self-care, their mindset, and their life. Through creative wellness and sound healing, I’m here to help them remember that they don’t have to just survive, they can thrive. You’ve got everything you need to rise, create, and take control of your story. Life’s tough, but so are you, and together, we’re going to turn up the volume on your joy, your confidence, and your unstoppable magic.

How do you navigate fear or imposter syndrome in your business journey?

I remind myself that my story matters.....not because it’s perfect, but because it’s real. Fear still shows up sometimes, especially when I step into new spaces or expand my offerings, but I’ve learned to treat it as a sign that I’m growing, not failing. When imposter syndrome whispers, I pause, breathe, and reconnect with my “why.” I ground myself in service: If one person feels less alone, more seen, or more hopeful because I showed up, then that is enough. I also lean into community, mindfulness, nature, and sound-based practices that help regulate my nervous system. It’s not about getting rid of fear—it’s about walking with it, with grace and a little sparkle.

What advice would you give your past self just starting your business?

You got this! Trust your timing and your voice. Don’t wait to feel “ready.” The clarity, confidence, and community will come as you walk your path. You don’t have to do it perfectly, you just have to take the leap.

What does BEAUTY mean to you?

Beauty is energy. It’s not just what we see—it’s what we feel when we’re fully present, aligned with our soul, and connected to truth, creativity, and compassion. It lives in laughter through tears, in brave beginnings, and in the quiet glow of someone remembering their worth. Beauty isn’t perfection—it’s presence, purpose, and the freedom to be fully, unapologetically you.

What do you want Beauty Boost Members to know?

I want Beauty Boost members to know that creativity is your birthright and wellness can be wildly personal and joyfully expressed. You don’t have to meditate on a mountain to be spiritual, or have it all together to be powerful. Whether you're dancing in your kitchen, journaling your truth, or vibing in a sound bath—you’re already doing the work. Healing gets to feel alive. Your voice, your energy, your weird, your wonder… it all belongs. Own it. Express it. Let it shine.”
