I am a primary care physician certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. I also specialize in lactation and breastfeeding care. Of course, I am also a wife and mother which means I'm always busy!

What advice would you give to yourself from 5 years ago?
Perfection is an illusion. Seek to grow and expect to fail at times. Fail forward - if you keep learning and growing, the moments that felt most like failure may turn out to be turning points for your greatest successes.
What does BEAUTY mean to you?
As I get older (and hopefully wiser), I have come to realize internal beauty is so important. To me this has a lot to do with being at ease with yourself and accepting yourself. External appearances change and are so subjective and culturally influenced. A feeling of confidence and ease with yourself is universal and shows in everything you do.
Who or what inspires you?
I am inspired most by so many 'regular people' I meet, including many of my colleagues and patients. Often the people I find most inspiring are children - they are so open, honest, and accepting. It can be quite humbling. My own children have inspired me to grow in unexpected ways, helping me to look at the world from a different perspective.
What is the Mission behind your business?

Who do you serve?
I serve patients of all ages. Anyone who wants a more accessible, personal relationship with their physician is my ideal patient. I also practice lactation and breastfeeding medicine, both for my primary care members and also in consult visits for non-members.
