HER STORY ⟡ Sadie Healy

Today, we are meeting Sadie Healy, owner of Luxe Loo Cincy!

Tell us about you and your background:

I did what most people do after graduation — packed my bags and moved to Zimbabwe to work with a women's rights organization. The road less traveled has always called to me! From Zimbabwe to Washington, DC to Los Angeles to Seattle to New York City, I have lived in more zip codes than Amazon can track. When I wasn't moving, I was working for global organizations as a project and event manager — funding my travel habit along the way — which ultimately led me to creating Luxe Loo Cincy. Every city, every event, and every experience shaped the way I think about hospitality, detail, and what it truly means to make people feel welcome.

Tell us about your business and why you started it:

Luxe Loo Cincy was born out of a deep love for great events and even better guest experiences. I love an outdoor event, but one thing always seemed to fall short — the bathrooms. A day of market research quickly revealed why: there wasn't a single woman-owned restroom trailer business in the area — and it showed. The décor, attention to detail, cleanliness, product selection, and customer service made it clear that existing vendors were in the restroom business, not the event business. I knew it was time to change that. Luxe Loo Cincy exists to prove that every detail of your event — yes, even the bathrooms — can be beautiful, intentional, and guest-worthy.

What do you love most about owning your own business?

Flexibility — in every sense of the word. In the traditional sense, it means I can pop out to my nephew's football game at 3pm without asking anyone's permission. But professionally, it means I have the freedom to adapt our process to truly meet each client's unique event needs. I am my own red tape — and I love that. It means our clients always get a vendor who is nimble, responsive, and genuinely invested in making their event a success.

What advice would you give yourself from 5 years ago OR your past self just starting your business?

Comparison is the thief of joy. Put your head down, work hard, and trust yourself completely — everyone's journey looks different, and yours is exactly right for you. The detours, the pivots, the moments of doubt — they're all part of building something worth being proud of. Trust the process and keep going.

What does BEAUTY mean to you?

Kindness. There is nothing more beautiful to me than a genuine act of kindness — big, small, seen, unseen. It costs nothing and means everything. Beauty isn't just what you see; it's what you feel when someone takes the time to make you feel valued and cared for. That philosophy is woven into everything we do at Luxe Loo Cincy.

What would you like our Beauty Boost members to know?

Bathrooms can be beautiful — I promise! Don't let the outdated idea of a porta potty stop you from hosting the stunning outdoor event you've always envisioned. Luxury restroom trailer rentals can be just as elevated, thoughtful, and gorgeous as every other detail of your event. Your guests deserve the full experience, from the first impression to the last bathroom break. 🚽✨
