Today, we are meeting Taylor Schneider of arch&charm.
Why did you start arch&charm?
I started arch&charm to create jewelry that isn’t just worn, but lived in—pieces that mark milestones, celebrate connections, carry personal meaning everyday- and also to give that confidence boost we all crave with minimal effort.
The idea came to me in my postpartum days with two little ones under two. I was living in sweats, covered in spit-up and diaper cream, and jewelry was the only thing that made me feel a little more put together. But my daughter’s tiny hands ripped every piece right off me. That’s when I discovered permanent jewelry—the simplest way to elevate my style without even thinking about it.
But it wasn’t just about the jewelry. In those days, I was also craving female connection. I needed reasons to get out of the house, to be around other women, and to fill my cup with laughter, conversation, and community. arch&charm became more than jewelry—it became a way to connect, to celebrate, and to feel seen.
No matter what I pulled out of the closet, that extra sparkle gave me back a sense of confidence. Now, I get to share that same ease and connection with other women—style that’s timeless, effortless, and indestructible (yes, even against tiny hands).
How is arch&charm empowering to women?
arch&charm was born from the belief that jewelry can remind women of their strength, beauty, and individuality—an everyday luxury that feels personal and lasting. Each piece adds a feminine touch while being just as strong as the women who wear it—indestructible through workouts, busy days at work, or the chaos of everyday life.

What inspires you?
Simple—women.
I’m inspired by the women I know and love in my own life, the clients who sit in my salon chair, and the women across from me as I link their jewelry and listen to their stories.
Every woman carries something worth sharing—whether it’s about her life, her work, her friendships, or simply what’s on her mind in that moment.
I believe every story matters. And with each piece of jewelry, I get to witness how style, meaning, and connection weave together to remind women of their own strength and beauty. That’s what keeps me inspired every single day.
Where can you get linked?
You can come and get jewelry in our salon (kit. in Fort Thomas), through individual appointments, corporate events, pop ups or my favorite- private parties! Private parties are my absolute favorite, they’re full of friends and laughter (usually a glass of wine or two for them)! I love to come to wedding receptions and offer jewelry to the guests (such a fun way to commemorate an event).
If you have an idea in mind, we will make it happen! I love working with the host to select specific chains they like, and if six or more guests purchase- the host gets a free piece!
