Tiny Habits, Big Energy: Summer Goals That Hit Different
Hey Gal! Happy Monday!
Let's make it the summer of feeling good, going for it, and doing things your future self will thank you for.
This summers about YOU—showing up for your life in a way that feels like freedom, fun, and that glow from the inside out energy.
Here's how we're setting goals that actually stick (and don't feel like a second job):
Step 1: Set a Vibe, Not Just a Goal
Instead of “run three times a week” or “launch a new service,” ask:
What's the vibe/energy I want to live in this summer?
Examples:
→ Main character energy
→ Calm and grounded
→ Confident in my biz moves
→ Saying yes to joy
When you know the vibe, the goals come easier—and feel more you.
Step 2: Choose 3 Buckets
Keep it light but intentional. Pick 3 focus areas for the season.
Try these for inspo:
Body (Move it, nourish it, rest it.)
Mind (Read something. Journal sometimes. Log off more.)
Relationships (Say yes to people who light you up.)
Biz or Career (Take messy action. Own your magic. Make the ask.)
Fun (No explanation needed.)
Step 3: Add One Tiny Habit Per Bucket
Think small. No “overhaul your life” energy here.
Examples:
Mind: Do 5-min journal before you touch your phone.
Body: Walk after dinner with no phone.
Fun: Try a new-to-you thing every other week (class, hike, rooftop spot, tbb event).
Career: Schedule one 30-min block a week for “big vision” planning.
When it's tiny and doable, you'll actually keep doing it.
Step 4: Make It Visual
Pinterest board. Whiteboard. Notes app list. Vision collage on Canva.
Whatever works—just keep your intentions where you can see them.
Out of sight = out of vibe.
