Come try different workouts in the saunas from yoga to cycling, pilates and MORE!
Take a small group workout for 3-4 women at a time in your sauna. Get to know your group, grab refreshments and snacks between classes, and just have a really fun time with your workout!
HotWorx staff will be available to answer all your questions about the space and the workouts as well.
