HER STORY ⟡ Dr. Nina Nori

Today, we are meeting Dr. Nina Nori, DC, RN & Chiropractor of Premium Chiropractic Rehab!

Tell us about you!

The path I took to become a Chiropractor was quite personal. I came from a family that mostly practiced conventional medicine, and after being in a car accident more than ten years ago, I was reluctant to seek Chiropractic care. But when, at the age of 24, I started to feel numb in my arm, physicians recommended ulnar nerve relocation surgery, which scared me. I chose to see a Chiropractor because I wanted a non-invasive approach, and the experience I had there changed my life. The numbness in my arm went away after a single adjustment, indicating that the whiplash from the accident had caused the problem in my neck.

This insightful experience ignited my passion for Chiropractic care. Having been a patient myself, I empathize deeply with those in pain and strives to provide the optimal quality of care. My dual background in Nursing and Chiropractic allows me to expand my scope of practice, ensuring that my patients receive comprehensive and compassionate treatment.

I am committed to empowering others on their healing journeys, making a difference in the lives of those I serve.

Tell us about your business!

Co-owner of Premium Chiropractic Rehab, I am a committed Nurse and Chiropractor passionate about bridging the gap between holistic care and conventional medicine. With my distinct style, I treat each patient as an individual and offers customized therapy that goes beyond minor tweaks. Myofascial release, strengthening exercises, rehabilitation methods, and customized treatment regimens that address the unique needs of each patient are all incorporated into my approach.

What type of impact do you hope to have on those you meet/speak to?

I hope to inspire those I meet and speak to by fostering a sense of empowerment and resilience. I aim to encourage individuals to take charge of their health and well-being, equipping them with knowledge and tools to navigate challenges.

What advice would you give to yourself from 5 years ago?

I would tell myself to have faith in the process and welcome any obstacles that may arise. It's critical to keep an open mind and to acknowledge that failures frequently serve as steppingstones to success.

What does BEAUTY mean to you?

Beauty, in my opinion, is the celebration of uniqueness and originality. It is there in generosity, resiliency, and the individual tales that each person bears that go beyond outward appearance. Moments of sincere connection and the way we encourage and support one another are examples of beauty. It's also about accepting our flaws and seeing how they make us unique and strong, which will ultimately make the world a more caring place.

What do you love most about owning your own business?

What I love most about owning my own business is the autonomy it provides to create my vision and impact the community positively. I cherish the ability to foster a culture that prioritizes individualized care and compassion. Additionally, the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both my team and patients is incredibly fulfilling. Being a business owner also allows me to continually learn and grow, adapting to challenges and celebrating successes along the way.

Who or what inspires you?

I am inspired by individuals who demonstrate resilience and compassion in the face of adversity. The stories of patients overcoming obstacles motivate me to provide the best care possible.
