I’m Jennifer Neal! I’m proud to call Lexington home and more proud to be the mom of two amazingly beautiful, strong daughters: Mackenzie (25) and Addison (17). I also stay busy as a dog mom to Finley (our one year old Golden Doodle). I’m passionate about all things beauty, skincare, and wellness, and I’m also a dedicated fitness enthusiast.
With a 28 years in the weight loss industry, my career has always been rooted in helping people become the best version of themselves. That passion naturally led me into the beauty and wellness space, where I now help others feel confident both inside and out with natural, innovation products and a business opportunity as a Neora Brand Partner.
Why I started:
I started this journey because I’ve always had a heart for helping people feel better, look better, and live healthier lives. Beauty and wellness go hand in hand, and I wanted to be part of something that empowers others in a meaningful way.
What I love about being a business owner:
I love the freedom, flexibility, and the ability to truly make an impact. Being a business owner allows me to connect with people on a deeper level and build something that aligns with my purpose and values.
What type of impact do you hope to have:
I hope to inspire confidence and self-worth in every person I meet. Whether it’s through a product, a conversation, a business opportunity or simply showing up authentically, I want people to feel seen, empowered, and capable of becoming their best selves.
Who or what inspires you:
My daughters inspire me every day. They remind me to lead by example, stay strong, and pursue my passions with purpose and kindness. I’m also inspired by people who choose growth, positivity, and resilience.

“She believed she could, so she did.”
What does BEAUTY mean to you?
Beauty is confidence, authenticity, and how you feel in your own skin. It’s not just what you see on the outside—it’s how you carry yourself, how you treat others, and how you show up in the world.
Advice to your past self starting your business:
Trust the process and believe in yourself sooner. Don’t wait for perfection—just start. Growth happens through action, not overthinking. Be the CEO of your own life…lead with kindness, integrity, and intention in everything you do.
