Tell us about you!
I’ve always lived somewhere between strategy and creativity. With a background in business analysis, marketing, content creation, Arts Administration, and Public Administration, I’ve spent years learning how businesses grow, connect with their audience, and build long term success. Before starting my business, I also built my own presence as an influencer, learning firsthand what connects with people and what actually gets attention online. Over time, that naturally evolved into helping other businesses do the same.
Tell us about your business!
I didn’t start Mischief & Muse because I loved social media. I started it because I saw how many incredible local businesses were struggling to show up online in a way that actually reflected who they are.
Mischief & Muse was built to take the pressure off business owners who are already doing everything. I help businesses show up consistently, confidently, and in a way that feels natural to their brand, not forced, overly polished, or inauthentic.
I primarily work with local businesses, helping them grow their visibility, connect with their audience, and turn their online presence into something that truly supports their business goals. At the end of the day, I believe social media shouldn’t feel overwhelming. It should feel like an extension of your brand and your voice.
What type of impact do you hope to have on those you meet/speak to?
I hope people leave interactions with me feeling encouraged, understood, and a little more confident in themselves and their business. Small business ownership can feel isolating at times, and I want people to know they’re not alone in it. There are people out here genuinely rooting for them to succeed and win.
What advice would you give yourself from 5 years ago?
Just keep going. Small steps still count, and consistency matters more than perfection. A little progress every day can completely change your life over time, even when you can’t see it happening yet.
What does BEAUTY mean to you?
Beauty starts from the inside out. It’s your attitude, your self care, the way you speak to yourself, and the way you treat other people. It’s also about caring for your body and honoring yourself in a way that feels healthy and authentic.
What do you love most about owning your own business?
The freedom. I love being able to make creative decisions, build something that reflects who I am, and do things in a way that feels aligned with my values. I also appreciate having the flexibility to prioritize the important moments in life while building something meaningful.
Who or what inspires you?
I’m inspired by people who create things authentically and unapologetically. People who take risks, build community, and keep showing up even when things are uncertain. I also draw a lot of inspiration from storytelling, creativity, travel, and the small businesses that pour their hearts into what they do every day.
What would you like our Beauty Boost members to know?
You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. Growth happens through showing up consistently, learning as you go, and being willing to evolve. There’s room for all of us to succeed, and community over competition will take you further than you think.
