The One Question That Changes What You Manifest This Year

Hey Gal! Happy Monday!

This months signature event in your city is THE MANIFESTATION EVENT: DREAM YEAR EDITION and we're diving into that theme!

Manifestation gets a bad rep because it's often framed as wish harder energy. We have a new way for you to think about it today. And a mini assignment.

BUT REAL MANIFESTATION starts with one uncomfortable, clarifying question:

What am I tolerating that's blocking what I say I want?

That's it. That's the question.

Because you don't manifest from what you want—you manifest from what you're willing to accept.

Why This Question Works

You can journal about dream jobs, ideal friendships, or the relationship you want all day long. But if your current life is full of things that drain you, frustrate you, or keep you small… those things are quietly setting the standard.

Toleration is a signal.
It tells your brain, your behavior, and yes—your life—what's “normal.”

Here's the assignment:

A 10-Minute Exercise (Actually Do This)

Set a timer for 10 minutes and answer these three prompts honestly:

a) What am I currently tolerating that I complain about the most?
(In work, friendships, dating, routines, or how you treat yourself.)

b)What does tolerating this cost me?
(Energy, confidence, time, peace, momentum.)

c)What would change if I stopped accepting this as normal?
Not magically—practically.

No fixing. No overthinking. Just awareness.

The Shift That Changes Everything

Manifestation doesn't begin with adding more.
It begins with removing what no longer fits.

When you stop tolerating:

Half-effort relationships

Work that drains you

Environments that keep you small

You make space—mentally and literally—for something better to show up.

That's not woo.
That's alignment.

Final Thought

If you're wondering why the same patterns keep repeating, don't ask what you're doing wrong.

Ask what you've been willing to live with.

That answer will change everything about what you manifest this year.
