10:00am - M/Flex , a class that fuses yoga with strength and conditioning, with Mecka Fitness
10:30am - Breath to movement focused vinyasa flow with Yoga Flow Wellness Center for that deep mind body connection
11:00am - Energizing Yoga Flow with Triangle Foundry
11:30am - Restorative Flow + Sound Bowl Meditation with ALLORA Health + Wellness
